We designed a proof of concept for a wearable crypto wallet in 4 days for a startup competition. It’s a wrist-worn hardware wallet that securely stores cryptocurrency, paired with a companion app that gives users full control over their finances and enables them to use crypto in everyday transactions.
We built this for people who want a simple and secure way to manage their crypto without relying on traditional online wallets.

We moved really fast with this project. First, we started with secondary research and quickly shared surveys in Web3 and crypto groups to gather insights. We were also lucky to speak with five crypto influencers who gave us valuable guidance on the potential of our idea.
Once we validated the concept, we jumped into rapid sketching—both for the design of the band and the UI of the companion app. We created quick prototypes and tested them with our friends to see what worked best.
A big turning point for us was working with our mentor, Jackie, a Senior Product Designer at Slack. She helped us refine our concept, making sure our design choices aligned with user needs and industry standards. Her insights guided us in crafting user flows that clearly demonstrated the product’s key features and how people would interact with it.
